SHIPPING/RETURNS
If purchased as a loose gemstone, this stone may be returned for a full refund, or exchanged for store credit, within three days of pick-up or delivery receipt. After three days, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed on return of loose stones. Gemstones purchased to be set in one of our made-to-order or bespoke settings are not eligible for return or exchange.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
